Juventutem Waterford – Inaugural Meeting

We are pleased to announce the foundation of a new chapter of Juventutem here in Waterford. Juventutem is an international movement for young Catholics aged 18–35, dedicated to the sanctification of youth through the treasures of the Church, particularly the Traditional Latin Mass.

The Waterford chapter will meet on a monthly basis. Our first gathering will take place on Friday, 12th September. The evening will begin with Holy Mass at 6:30pm in St John’s Church, Waterford, followed by a spiritual conference and social time in the adjoining parish hall. All young adults within the age group are warmly invited to attend. You can also follow the chapter on Instagram here.

First Friday Devotions

5th September after 6:30pm Mass: traditional devotions, prayers to the Sacred Heart and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament (during which confessions will be available), finishing with benediction at 8:15pm.

Changes in Waterford Mass-times

Mass on Thursday 14th August will be at the slightly later time of 6:45pm due to a parish event.

Mass on Saturday 16th August will be at 8am.
